Grounded in Faith. Growing to Serve.

We are happy you are here!  FBCWC is a church of imperfect people who strive to know & love Jesus more. It sounds simple! Simple, however, can be challenging. Thus, our need for community. We hope to introduce every person we talk to, spend time with, or even just meet, to the eternal love & forgiveness of Jesus.

You belong at FBCWC -  Jesus believes you do & so do we! You do not have to be perfect to visit FBCWC - none of us are. You just need to be willing to grow. We understand that trying something new can be scary and we appreciate it takes courage. We are committed to doing what we can to help you KNOW, GROW, & SHOW:

Jesus is Lord.

The Bible is His Word.

The Holy Spirit is His presence & power.

The church is His living expression.

Discipleship is our mission.

There is eternal joy in the journey.

One generation will tell the next.

Ephesians

Join our current Sunday morning sermons as Pastor Scott leads us through Ephesians. As Pastor Chuck Swindoll explains, the book of Ephesians hits on a wide range of moral and ethical behaviors, designed to ensure believers are living up to our heavenly calling. As we continue in our faith from day to day, month to month, and year to year, the temptation to get comfortable will always exist. However, Paul presented the gift of God in Christ and the benefits we receive so clearly that we cannot help but ask ourselves if our lives reflect that reality as they should.

Maturity yields benefits in believers’ moral lives, but it extends far beyond that as well. Increased maturity benefits the community at large, leading us as Christians to present a more consistent witness to the working of God in our lives as well as protecting us from the harmful divisions and quarrels that have plagued so many communities throughout history.
